Interkultureller Austausch

Integration within society is an essential prerequisite for peace. Our time is characterized by very high levels of migration. Integration not only requires that we learn to live with diversity, but also teaches "unity in diversity", i.e. to grow together as a diverse community. Especially in recent years, the exclusion and segregation of people with a migration background have increased in Erfurt and Thuringia, posing a threat to our democracy and peace in our society. The vision of the Unity in Diversity program is therefore to provide a platform for peaceful exchange between people of different backgrounds in Erfurt. The goal is cultural exchange between people of different origins living in Erfurt and learning from each other. Only in this way can mutual respect and understanding for each other be strengthened for peaceful coexistence.
